Today I met up with Renee and Fatama in Mile End to film the missing pieces for our music video. Azeemah couldn’t come because she was really sick and Siama wasn’t able to attend because she had to do something. Before I got there Fatama had being filming with Renee since about 3 while I was still in lesson. When I got to there it had started the turn dark so we started making our way to South Quay to filming the night shots.
When we got to the bridge we filmed one side of the bridge and started filming her singing base tracks on the other side of the bridge. During this process a security guard came up to us and informed us that we need a license to film there and that the presence of out light that we were using was a hazard to oncoming traffic, so we had to pack up and move to South Quay station.
When we got there the place under the bridge with the seat had been closed off J nothing was turning out right. But we worked it out. We just decided to have her standing up against the ledge, which actually looked really nice. So it was fine in the end.
Now we need to go back to college and edit in these clips, and hopefully we now have more than enough to work with.
