Have I and my group developed since AS media?

I think this year i have definitely improved and developed our ways from AS media. I can strongly say this because during our filming process, we can our 'hands on' onto our work. Last year whilst filming i was very 'Clueless' on how to use the cameras, how to angle the camera, how to get good shots and how to basically film, and make a video. However using all the skills from last year, i have token into account, and used all my skills, thoughts and ideas, and made them much better this year. DEFINITELY. For these past couple of days, were stronger than certain! This year i new what i was doing, filming, etc. This is because i had a taster last year, and learnt a lot from it. 

Also last year I remember in my group we had a lot of up and downs between the group members that resulted in some of the members being unhappy with each other, but this year, we are based on a more consensus atmosphere which is extremely beneficial as we get our work done rather than wasting valuable time. 

Generally, as far as socialisation goes, as a team we work well together and listen to each others views very well and make sure everyone's opinions are heard.
