PLANNING

Shortlist of Potential Songs:

We have narrowed our choice of songs to three songs that we think we could play around with and it would be a good song to make a music video for. Here is our shortlist:

0. Do-Wah-Do by Kate Nash

We thought this song had a good beat to it, and we thought that because the music video was based on a plane, this would mean that we can be as creative as possible because no could compare it to the original and say that we have used the same ideas or concepts. also there was a Small story with this music video and we want to change it and do amplification, this would make ours completely different to the original.

0. Love Song by Sara Berailles

When we heard this we thought that it had a good rhythm. we knew that it was going to be challenging because her music video was viewed a lot of times and has a lot of editing and green screening i think. however we thought that we could use this song and we liked the fact that it had slower parts and really upbeat parts.

0. Suddenly I See by KT Tunstall

We liked this song because it was catchy and there was a really good beat that we could edit to. we liked this song because it had a distinctive chorus that you could sing along with, we thought this was good because as Andrew Goodwin theory tells us is that repetition makes the genre/artist more familiar. This will be good because people will remember the song because of the video and then they will remember the artist.
